Monday: Indoor ride 20min warmup, 40min @ 90% FTP (Estimated Z4), 10min cooldown.
Wednesday: Off – Cold (sore throat and congested sinuses)
Thursday: 60min indoor trainer Z2 ride. (still al ittle shaky from the cold)
Friday: morning 75min indoor Z2 ride/afternoon Weights
Saturday: 120min indoor Z2 ride
Total Bikescore: 240
Total Training Time: 5:25h bike + 2.5h weights

On the not so positive side, I was down with a pretty nasty cold after my Z4 ride on Monday. Tuesday I was feeling a little under the weather so I only did the weight training in the morning. The following day I was really congested and had a nasty headache, so I took it easy and could start easily on Thursday. I lost about 2h training time on the bike, however, I trained smart and still had a nice training week. It snowed pretty hard on Saturday so the Group Ride was cancelled, however, the snow turned into rain on Sunday so the coming week I might be able to ride outside, albeit through rain and mud.
