Impossible is just a big word, thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.

It all starts with hard work, it is  simple choice. Only YOU can make it.

You need to work hard, you need to work smart and you need to work consistent. But you have to have all three!

What does work hard mean?

Here is the problem it is a relative term. Each of us defines it differently. Here is how I am going to define working hard: you take yourself to the point of discomfort. That can be physical, that can be mental, that can be emotional. But you take yourself out of your comfort zone. If you guys want to make it, you have to learn how to be comfortable being uncomfortable… If you wanna be great. You have to make working hard a habit.

Every time you enter the gym to work out or to practice, or to play a game , you have a choice to make. You have the choice to work hard, or you have the choice to NOT work hard. Most of you don’t grasp that not working hard is a conscious choice. It’s easy to make excuses. It’s easy. At the end of the day…you have the choice to work hard.

If you wanna be great, you have to make working hard a habit!

Hard work beats talent when talents fails to work hard.

“No matter how good you are, if you don’t work hard, nothing will happen for you.”

What is YOUR choice?

This pain is mine, it is my privilege, my pride. What will you do with YOUR pain?

This pain that you hold is yours.

There is not a single pain quite like it.

Nobody else on God’s green earth can feel this pain, or have the indescribable feeling of pride you will have when you overcome it. This pain is not your curse; this pain is YOUR PRIVILEGE

Sometimes you have to face problems alone. That is not a disadvantage. Pick yourself up, go big and go for broke!

You’ve gotta pick yourself up by the bootstraps
No one’s gonna help you out when you fall
You’ve gotta find a way out of your problems
When you’re broke and you’re backed up against the wall
If you sleep on your only chances
They’ll never come around again
So dig deep and swing for the fences
You never know it might work out in the end

Only YOU can go after your dreams and change your life. Come join the fight!

Come join the fight
So we can change the way we’re living
What’s left inside?
If you believe
Believe you’ll never give in
Come join the fight
Turn away and you’ll be sure to lose it
Hold onto those dreams
They’re the one thing they can’t take away now.

Whether we realize it or not, we are afraid of what we can achieve. By not  wanting to belittle others or to stand above the crowd, we destroy our potential. Sometimes it is casually referred to as “Fear of Success.” Achievements, even when selfish will always inspire others, who in turn would go on to light the spark in somebody else; some motivational words by Marianne Williamson.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.’ We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Thinking BigOn April 12, 1961, Yuri Gagarin aboard Vostok 1 became the first human in space; on July 21, 1969, Neil Armstrong walked on the surface of the moon. As of today, 2013, spaceflight has become something of a routine and what we take for granted. If you rewind some 50 or more years, space exploration was deemed impossible and bordering insanity.

Years before humans ventured into the unknowns of the cosmos, in 1959, Dr. David Schwartz published his highly inspiring masterpiece: “The Magic of Thinking Big” One particular passage from the opening chapter, remains true even today.

Those who believe they can move mountains, do. Those who believe they can’t, cannot. Belief triggers the power to do.

Actually, in these modern times, belief is doing much bigger things than moving mountains, The most essential element – in fact, the essential element – in our space explorations today is belief that space can be mastered. Without firm, unwavering belief that a man can travel in space, our scientists would not have the courage, interest, and enthusiasm to proceed…Currently, there is some talk of building a tunnel under the English Channel to connect England with the Continent. Whether this tunnel is ever built depends on whether responsible people believe it can be built.

Belief in great results is the driving force, the power behind all great books, plays, scientific discoveries. Belief in success is behind every successful business, church, and political organization. Belief in success is the one basic, absolutely essential ingredient of successful people.

Believe, really believe, you can succeed, and you will.

Most importantly you should also remind yourself of Dr. Schwartz’s message:

(Remember) to see what can be, not just what is.
